We have used First Pinoy twice (on different homes) Both experiences were excellent The first experience involved a "rescue": on a very hot day last summer, Arman (owner) went out of his way to diagnose and replace a compressor fan motor for us More recently, we had complete A/C units to replace on a newly renovated home We initially called First Pinoy because of our experience last summer Before deciding on the new units, Arman explained the options for repair/replacement and was definitely not pushy He made sure we also knew about the rebates available via utility companiesWe decided to replace our AC units using First Pinoy Arman and his crew were not only efficient, but very careful to be as neat as possible (they swept inside and outside, leaving almost no evidence that they had been installing a large, heavy unit in a small confined area!) Arman took care of the paperwork side as well: unit registrations, utility rebate application, Permitting I asked the permit inspector about the job "they did a great job on this installation" was yet another endorsement of the great work of Arman and his crew We consider First Pinoy our first call for A/C repair or replacement

Once again, First Pinoy to the rescue! Our A/C unit decided to give up the ghost last week and [redacted] came over at the last minute on Saturday to check things out. Needless to say, by Monday we had a new complete unit installed and running. The installation techs were great and [redacted] followed up afterwards to make sure all went well and that we were happy. We cannot say enough as to how fantastic this company is! Highly recommended for all of your HVAC needs!
