After purchasing the machine, the customer decided they did not want itThe machine was returned but did not comply with our return regulationsOur website states the following, “The product must be returned in the original box in like new conditionRefund time may vary depending on shipping and
inspection time.” In this particular case the machine was returned with complete disregard to packagingThere were very little protective materials inside the boxThe metal frame was bent along with many other damaged partsThe machine could not be sold as new or usedUnfortunately during the negotiations the machine was partially dismantledWhen the case was settled and we were asked by the customer to return the machine, we put it back together with functional partsWe believed we were doing the customer a favor by returning the machine in a functional state with a higher resale valueWe have already absorbed the price of the machine in an effort to provide the customer a solution

I am rejecting this response because: I was not happy with the product and wanted to return it, If they can return it and tell me that it is completely functional and will have a good resale rate why cant I return it and let them resale it Supposedly all areas of damage were repairedI sent an email saying I would accept a refund minus cost to repair if they could provide an itemized statement of damaged areas with cost to fix I never heard anything back This has been going on for almost months
