First Place Leasing kept my security deposit in poor faith, and has charged me additional trumped up cleaning fees in spite of the fact that I left the house spotless when I moved out. The refuse to to pre move-out walk throughs with clients, and show a pattern of keeping security deposits that should have been returned.
