AS SOON AS WE WERE MADE AWARE OF THE ACCIDENT WE ACTED TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION UPON REPAIRING THE VEHICLE NO ONE KNEW ABOUT THE HEAD GASKET AND AS THE CAR WAS TEST DRIVEN THIS WAS FOUND WE MADE THE ACCEPTION TO GIVE THE CUSTOMER A LOANER WHICH IS NOT A POLICY FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
THAT HAVE ACCIDENTS WE PROVIDE CPI FOR OUR CUSTOMERS THAT CAN'T AFFORD INSURANCE ON THEIR OWN WHICH MOST COMPANIES DONT DO THIS IS TO HELP IN SITUATIONS LIKE THIS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GIVE AN EXACT DATE OF COMPLETION FOR THIS REPAIR BUT IT WILL BE COMPLETED SOON AGAIN WE HAVE GIVEN THIS CUSTOMER A LOANER VEHICLE AND AS EVERYONE ELSE INCLUDING MYSELF IF I HAVE AN ACCIDENT IN MY CAR MY FINANCE COMPANY STILL EXPECTS PAYMENT I WILL PERSONALLY LOOK INTO THE CUSTOMERS REPAIR TODAY AND HAVE APRIL GIVE THIS CUSTOMER A CALL

THIS HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH COLLECTING MORE MONEY. NOMATTER HOW YOU PROCEED OUR COMPANY HAS LOST MONEY SINCE YOU DID NOT AVE 3RD PARTY INSURANCE. YOU HAVE HAD YOUR VEHICLE FOR YEAR AND HAVE A $13,BALANCE. THE CPI COVERAGE MAY PAY A FOURTH OF YOUR BALANCE AND WE WILL BE FORCED TO WRITE OFF OR LOSS THE REST. AGAIN THIS IS NOT AUTO INSURANCE, ITS COLLETERAL PROTECTION FOR THE COMPANY SO WE CAN RECOUP SOME OF OUR LOST. I am rejecting this response because: First I understand what they said however it seems to me they are only concerned about getting more moneyBecause what if a situation like mine happens and I don't want or think I can drive anytime soonSo how come they can't give the customer the option to not get another car and just be done with the whole thingEither way they would get paid for the vehicle and even if I could provide proof that it could be a serious concern for me to driveLike a note from a doctor saying driving would cause extreme anxiety to me and could be hazardousBut instead my only options are to continue paying for so.ething I don't have or to get into another car and pay for something I won't drive

this customer signed did return the vehicle but still has an outstanding balance. the customer misunderstood about just owing taxes since we will be sending him a for the balance of the vehicle. I will certainly update the file so this customer does not receive another phone

I am accepting Mr*** responseThe money was finally deposited into my account after days and this is the first non-solicited apology for the mistakeI will keep his phone number for future issues, hopefully I will not need to use it

I REACHED OUT TO THE CUSTOMER TODAY TO SEE WHAT I COULD DO TO HELP. I OFFERED TO FIX THE VEHICLE IF THERE WAS ANYTHING WRONG AT NO COST TO CUSTOMER AND ALSO REMOVE A PAYMENT AS A GOOD GESTURE. CUSTOMER CLAIMS LIVES TO FAR TO BRING VEHICLE BACK HERE WHEN IT BREAK AND I EVEN INFORMED
HIM WE COULD FIND A REPAIR VACILITY IN HIS AREA. CUSTOMER DECLINED THE OFFER AND INFOMED ME HE HAD PURCHASED ANOTHER VEHICLE THAT HE HAD TO PAY FOR

I reached out to the customer and explained the situation If your credit bureau reflects something negative I was not aware of that we can fix the credit bureau Again I will reach out to this customer Customer seems fine during our conversation so I am surprised by this response

Wow this response is such *** I don't know if I should pull my hair out and scream or laugh hysterically!! If there is no problem and ask is well why a week after my car payment was made im getting emails addressed to my co-signer to please callThen I get a text from my co-signer that they are trying to get ahold of meSo on the same day I called and said I was calling to make sure they had my proper contact information the lady confirmed my phone number I said great and hung upThis was Jan 16th at 2:at 2:on Jan 16th the lady called back and said she wasn't sure what happens and thought we got discounted I said no we didn't I hung upShe said well we've been trying to get ahold of youI said not very hard you have the correct info she said your blannce is delinquent dollars I said no I'm not like I told the lady on Jan when she tried to tell me the same thingBut im driving right now and don't have time to set up and record this conversation I'll call back when I doI called and got into a screaming match with Mr*** *** himselfAfter calling twice to talk to him both times was told he was not in and I couldn't be transferred to his voice mailI had my cousin call he was told the same thing at *** was not in today my cousin asked to be transferred to his voice mail, he got transferredAnd long behold *** the man not in somehow answered his phone soI tried explaining to him that I was not late on a Payment and I could prove it I sent a fax times cause the first two times they did not receive it so I made sure they did I broke down what my payments were when they were paided the agreement that was made and a copy of my bank statementsWe just screamed at each other then he hung upNeedless to save nothing was resolved!! We have assisted *** *** with her vehicle loan multiple times, including changing her due date because she changed jobs and assisting her in times of hardship by deferring payments until she can get back on her feet again. When we received the complaint, we reviewed her account and the
payment transaction history. We will document how we have already assisted *** *** in alone. In March, we were informed by *** *** that her engine had blown and the vehicle was not operable. We agreed that we would write her outstanding balance by 1/and adjust her payments to a reasonable amount that she could afford on a bi-weekly basis. For this agreement *** *** had to make reduced payment, which she made. We adjusted her account by almost $3,000. *** *** made the next several payments then she stopped paying. She also stopped answering/responding to our collection efforts. In early August, we charged off the account due to lack of communication and no payments. In late August, we received a phone call from *** *** indicating that she wanted to start making payments again and needed assistance again due to a job change. We reopened her account and *** *** made a substantial payment but did not bring her account current. This transaction happened in between credit bureau reporting. She was also to provide us with documentation of the job change so we could assist her with her due dates. In addition, she set up a promise to pay on 9/15/17, which she did not keep. She did not provide us with any documentation and has yet to make any additional payments (almost months later). When she called into our office in late September, she again asked for assistance but was unwilling to make even delinquent payment as a show of good faith. She has not and will not return any of our collection efforts. It is difficult to assist a customer when they are unwilling to communicate to the company they are asking for assistance from. As for the credit bureau reporting, if she doesn't make any additional payments her account will be reported as closed/derogatory. If she satisfies her agreement/account, we will report her account as closed/satisfactoryUnfortunately, it takes time, sometimes up to days to reflect certain change on the credit bureau

Interesting that I am "days past due" when my last payment was on *** today being only *** I did receive a copy of all the payments that have been made since inception, and the accounting shows a full payment for every month since November
I will not be bullied by this company any longer, and am in the process of retaining an attorney*** refuses to respond via email, I believe because they don't want anything they say to be in writingI was promised a reprieve due to financial hardship, by *** and every other Representative I had spoken to on the phone, and they as a company need to honor that promise
I have also requested several times, to have my bi-weekly payment dates updated, so their computers no longer show I am lateThis request has also been ignored, which is I believe, why they show I am in default

I have attached more correspondence between myself and FPF, including an email where *** informed me she wasn't allowed to communicate via email, that she is prohibited and limited in what she can say via emailAgain, only a fraudulent company refuses to do business in writingI am not the typical customer they are used to dealing with, which is in my opinion why they choose to continue to drag this out through the Revdex.com and refuse to work with their customer where everything can be documentedAs documented in the attached emails to this complaint, It is not I who refuses to communicate, as *** has suggested
The car that was repossessed, is now sitting in an impound lot, where I have days to remove my personal belongingsI had a representative of mine contact *** regarding where the vehicle had been taken, and he provided the name of the Tow company, but provided the wrong phone numberNow why would he do that? If I get to the impound lot and find any of my personal belongings missing, I will file a lawsuit and have theft charges brought up against *** and FPF
