First Premier

Review: First premier is reporting that I held credit card- and that the card was of the partially secured variety. The company reported the card as a charge off to the credit monitoring agencies. But, they did not send regular bills nor did they make me aware of the balance before closing the account. In addition they applied the security deposit to th principle but did not close the account in violation of the expressed terms of our contract( they applied 95 dollar security deposit to the account and then proceeded to add interest for several months effectively stealing the security deposit and leaving me with a 401 debt on a card that only had a 300 dollar Credit limit . In addition I have disputed the charge off on multiple occasions with the credit monitoring agencies and First Premier Bank has repeatedly sent back form letters ( (to my self and the reporting agencies) stating that I have not requested any information regarding my account and that they will list the account as "disputed" on my credit reports. I have requested that they provide me with the typical documentation to substantiate the validity of their reporting and in each instance the company has failed to provide that information or delete the account. I am requesting that the company remove account from my reports pursuant to misrepresention of my payment history and the miss allocation of my security deposit that should have offset my balance. Further, I spoke with an agent from the company today who refused to account for the fact that my security deposit was not applied to my account, after several minutes on hold she confirmed that the company did in fact use the security deposit that was intended to be used in the event of a charge off to cover the balance and that once they applied the deposit they did not close the account as is the industry's standard( also what was promised when I created the account and paid the 95 dollars).Desired Settlement: Have the charge-offs removed from my credit reports.

Review: First Premier has reported they have acquired a debt (Account [redacted] ). I have contacted them and requested they validate the debt, as it is not mines.. I have documented my attempts, but First Premier has ignored my request to validate this debt (A signed contract, proof [redacted] owns this debt, proof of what was paid for, etc.). First Premier continues to report a debt that is not mines to all 3 of my credit bureaus & they are unable to provide documentation that this is my debt.Desired Settlement: I would like to get this removed off all three of my credit files

Review: This account does not belong to me at all. It's a case of stolen identity. I checked my credit and it's still on there years later.Desired Settlement: complete deletion of all four credit bureaus
