If this is how a company treats its new clients then it's an absolute joke of a companyI should have put more stock in those 1-star *** reviews

Who in the year 2016 doesn't have a cancellation list? Apparently not them. So I called their answering service twice to see if they knew of any cancellations.

If this is how a company treats its new clients then it's an absolute joke of a company. I should have put more stock in those 1-star [redacted] reviews.

And [redacted] needs to learn a bit of class. She can start by learning how not to yell at a potential client over the phone. And how not to cancel their appointment that they've made months ago. Maybe she had a bad day and got locked out of her eHarmony account? [redacted] has even worse issues to allow this to happen. I guess we know who wears the pants in this office.

Worst cus[redacted]er service experience ever. And to cancel my appt in the middle of tax season for no valid reason? I think they should change their name to "Worst Quality Taxes." It's more fitting.Desired Settlement: I would like this to go on their record. I've reached out to the company several times seeking a resolution, with no response, and want nothing from them except to let as many people know how unbelievably unprofessional and ill-mannered they are.
