Review: This company is advertising on [redacted] for home cleaning services. We purchased a package that included three home cleanings. They have been out once and didn't perform their duties. They didn't dust, sweep, or mop our house. They used our cleaning supplies and vacuum. We have emailed and called to have them come back out for the other cleanings and they wont respond to phone calls or emails. They are still advertising on [redacted] and getting HUNDREDS of unsuspecting customers who are purchasing from them. I have read reviews on YELP where they are doing this to other unsuspecting people. Please check into this company.Desired Settlement: This company is advertising services that they cannot provide. To me this is illegal and it isn't fair. They are getting their money and not providing the services.

Review: My wife and I purchased a [redacted] (online discount for a product or service) from First Rayt Cleaners. We contacted them multiple times over the course of 9 months, trying to get them to clean our house for the service we had to pay for up front. Every time we contacted them, whether by phone or email, we got the excuse "we're so busy, we'll get back to you soon" via voicemail box messages and email out-of-office replies. Human contact was almost impossible. Finally, in February, my wife was able to schedule the cleaners for 3/22/13. This was after they said they had to charge us $20 more for gas, even though the [redacted] said nothing about this. We agreed. They never showed.

I sent several emails, made calls, and demanded action. The response I received, barely comprehensible and filled with inaccuracies, was: " The office was closed on the Saturday, your wife messages were if the cleaners were not there in 30 mins she was cancelling, with the weather that day. the office was closed. we assumed she cancelled and call groupon for a refund. we do apologized that they cleaners were a no-show and due to an emergency the office was closed so no messages were received until Monday, but when a customers states if we cant be there at a certain time they will get a refund, when we are not able to meet that demand we assume they will be refunded."

This has been a horrible experience. I understand through some basic research that we are not alone in our utter dissatisfaction with these people. They were paid by [redacted] and we have invested about 3 hours of time in emails, calls and communication that have ultimately left them with a nice check in their pocket for no work whatsoever.Desired Settlement: I wish for this company to provide 2 cleaners for 1 hour of cleaning, as originally promised.
