Review: car was towed.company,first reaction inc,did not disclose where car was,finance co did not get infomation about car until 5 days later,when I went to retrieve my car I was told that the office manager had personal property of mine,certain things were missing,after conversating with another employee office manager refused to return property,and told me to leave the property,said I coulnd receive my property,I found out that the business is not accredited with the Revdex.com,after calling to speak to the owners of the property office manager refused to give me the information,I called the police and they were told in order to view the camera they have to get a court order,the police told them that they were called to the company on other occasions about the same problem.they refused to return my personell property...each time I call I am hung up on...Desired Settlement: would like property returned.
