Review: I purchased an ACLS course for Wednesday, July **, 2013 on 7/**/2013 with First Rsponse Advantage Inc. On Monday, July **, I called and left a message leaving the phone number which I can be reached. On Tuesday morning, July **, I left another message for someone to call me back. Tuesday afternoon I called and someone by the name of [redacted] last name beginning with S picked up the phone chewing. I explained to her that I left two messages and had not heard back from anyone and her reply was "AND". I continued to speak in a calm manner and explained my situation, " I'm suppose to take the ACLS course tomorrow and I have not received the book (which I paid extra money to receive prior to the day of the course)". She replied with an attitude " well it was sent out last week". I replied "on the [redacted]?". She responded "that's last week isn't it", I said "yes but I haven't gotten the book yet" and she continued with her attitude "the book went out on Monday the [redacted], you should have the book". I then said "well, I don't know what to tell you. I don't have the book". She said "Ok so what's the problem?" I explained that I'd like to reschedule since I don't have the book to study. She continues with an attitude "well, when do you want to reschedule?" I replied "that's why I'm calling to see when is the next available class". I asked if there is someone else , maybe a manager I can speak to and she said she is the office manager. She said that I have an attitude, we begin to argue and she hung up the phone. I called back twice, left a message once asking for a refund and I have not heard back from anyone in that company.Desired Settlement: Refund
