Revdex.com spoke to business and the following was relayed: I will bring the customer the cord of wood after Christmas and before the New Year

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The business never contacted me or delivered the firewood as they promised to do. I would like to be either have my remaining cord of wood delivered or be refunded $(I agreed to purchase cords of wood for $and only recieved cords)
