I am filing this complaint on behalf of my elderly father He contacted N*** *** at *** *** *** ** ** *** ***
(from Yellow pages)for leaky pipe that leads from master bedrm to boiler Woman who answered said she would send someone overSteve shows up and says job will be $6, My father says way too expensive, then Steve says will do whole job for $3, Steve also told him the price didn't matter because my dad would get money back from homeowner's insurance He does the job, very poorly Cuts open sheetrock in closet and replaces pipe with plastic hose Never puts it back into wall and leaves it hanging out Does not have proper elbow fitting with him so leaves job done as is Was supposed to use elbow fitting hose so it can go back into wall and be re-sheetrocked Replaces part of pipe in basement also with plastic hose Ties it up with flimsy wire attached to another pipe which fell down twice After he does the job says he wants c
