Review: I have called many times, no one ever answers the phone. I have sent emails, it takes them so long to respond if they respond at all. I try to talk to someone and no one answers the phone nor do they respond to emails in a timely fashion. The information from the website is inaccurate. The company just seems to be completely ineffective at communicating with consumers.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the matter of my waiver resolved. I would like them to do their job in a timely fashion. I would like the matter resolved regarding the waiver to their services in an email so that I have it in writing.
