Attached are some screen shots from various e-mails
They company claims to provide a service but then sends you to another company where you have have pay more fees and no one seems to be affiliated with anyone
Perhaps what they do is legal
with lots of fine print but is misleading and they know it

Review: I received a fax at my job for a vacation package, I unfortunately assumed this was a valid offer. This was for $189.98 with a 10% discount per person special for a trip to Jamaica and a few others. I selected the trip to Jamaica and was charged a fee of $342.00 by the representative Xavier that advised me this was for the holding of my package, that would have totaled no more than $968.00, all I had to do was to call the number back when I was ready to book my trip for my itinerary. This trip should have been valid for 15months, upon being ready to book my trip I am being sent to a completely different booking company, that is completely unaware of this so called vacation package and asked for additional funds to book my trip and gave me a quote for a trip of over $2500.00. I called back the number 1-[redacted] upon realizing this is a scam to find out how I could get my funds back as this so called contract is bogus and why this company has no idea about this package and they had no idea who Xavier is and why I was even charged the money or so they claim. I am out $530.00, $188.00 of which was paid to the booking company to even give me a quote for a trip I should have already had a quote for. I am seeking help to retrieve my money back. I am now not able to take my son on a vacation as I am out all this money and this company is still functioning and doing these scams to innocent families looking to vacate. Please helpDesired Settlement: Please help to get funds back. I am out over $500.00 and the company did nothing for me. They have stolen thousands if not millions from innocent people, and should not be allowed to even do business in the state/country. Please help me, help others fight this company. Thank you.
