This tenant moved out of the apartment on Sunday April 30thShe failed to get her mail forwarded to herAfter receiving calls the week of May 1stWe made the effort and recovered her Lost mail.We have since tried contacting the previous tenant *** to get her the mail.We have not received a
call back and still have the mail at the front reception desk. I feel this tenant has complained but not followed through after we made every attempt to help. Thank you Chris T***OwnerFirst Service Group

I was contacted once by the owner and once by another worker, who they said they fired, that they lost the mail key and would look for mail for me It it was just today, after I filed a formal complaint with the Idaho's Attorney General, that they told me I could pick up my mail There was no contact made previous to today that my mail was ready Their response was and though they said they would give my mail to the Post office to forward to me, I am still awaiting its arrivalOnly then will I feel this issue is resolved This company is a crock Complaint: ***
