On 9/4/I purchased tokens for their game *** ***After waiting a week and not receiving my purchased tokens, I sent in support ticketI also posted on their official forums and another customer stated that they no longer support that form of paymentI responded with screenshots showing that their *** shop does allow the form of payment I sent After waiting more weeks and no response from the support ticket it is apparent they are not interested in delivering my purchased tokens

First South Bank purchased branches of[redacted] The branched that I banked with was one of the locations that was acquired. Shortly after the acquisition, a company named [redacted] gained access to my banking information approximately Jan. 6, 2015. I didn't authorized this company nor First South Bank to withdraw funds from my account. I received a letter from [redacted] informing me that I had been enrolled in this program and after the trail period a monthly fee of $49.99 would be drafted from account. I contacted [redacted] and they informed me that they received my information from my bank and wouldn't refund my money because I had passed the "trial period". I then went to First South Bank because I wanted my account to be credited back the money since I had not given any company to withdraw any funds from my account. The had made 2 withdrawals from my account January 26 & February 5.The branch manager informed me that he would submit an affidavit to investigate what happened.He then gave me a new card. February 18, I received a letter stating based on their investigation, a refund would not be given and should I have any questions or wanted further explanation to contact them. I contacted [redacted] February 18th inquiring why was my claimed denied. Ms. [redacted] stated that the way [redacted] (the branch manager of the Wilson location) worded the affidavit, I wasn't going to get my money back and to go back and speak with [redacted] about the matter. I wanted a copy of the affidavit submitted which I didn't receive. I then contacted First South Bank Customer Care Center since I couldn't get resolution at the local branch. I spoke with [redacted] at the call center who emailed [redacted] & [redacted] again expressing my issue. [redacted] contacted me stating a refund would not be given. I'm disabled and on a fixed income. I have expenses that automatically come out of my account that I have SIGNED authorizations to withdraw funds. I've not ever had this problem with previously.Desired SettlementI would like a refund back from the 2 transactions where the money was taken out of my account. I would like a signed document where I authorized Double Your Discount to take money from my account and I would a copy of the affidavit submitted to First South Bank and the opportunity to submit my own affidavit stating I did not give Double Your Discount authorization to take money from my account Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted],President Contact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: www.[redacted]First South Bank prides itself in offering extraordinary customer service. First South Bank provide information in their 2014-09-23-[redacted] that were misleading!In their advertisement, they sated : What you need to do Sit back, relax, and continue to bank as you do today. The account transition details will be handled for you by knowledgeable transition teams at [redacted] and First South Bank.This was misleading and was not true in my case. They did not handle the transition between banks.Desired SettlementI am requesting an apology for thier performance, and $64.61 non payment fee.Business Response First South Bank prides itself in offering extraordinary customer service. We take complaints seriously. This was thoroughly researched and communication has been completed.Consumer Response I am extremely disappointed in this bank. Their customer services is nothing to pride itself on. I have not received any communication and no longer do business with this bank.
