On August 8, 2019 we had this young man repair out pressure washer. We paid $188.99 to get the pressure washer to start and run better. He has a 30 day warranty. We contacted him on the 8th with problems after bringing it home. We tried it a couple of times the next couple of weeks with much the same problems. On August 30 we contacted him again and asked that he look at it. He replied that he couldn't that week but would contact us the next week to bring it in. He has never contacted us. Of course that next week would have been at the 30 day warranty. Very expensive for not having much success with our problems. We probably could have purchased a new machine for what this has cost with the headaches.
I have tried contacting you in regards to working this out, please let me know if you’d like your machine repaired, free of charge if there is any fault with the repairs I performed. Thank you.
Ben is awesome, Great Communication, Knowledgeable, Fast, Reasonably Priced..
The Dealerships wont even answer the phone and when they do they are several weeks out to get to your machine.
I say use small business and shop local!
