This is a written response to the above listed ID number dated February 21, 2017.Mr***'s "Choice" checking account was opened at First State Community Bank on January 28, 2013.From April to February 2017, Mr*** has received consistent deposits from the Treasury Department. There
has never been an issue with those funds being deposited and Mr*** has always had access to those funds as they became available.Regarding the February 3, deposit from the Treasury Department, our records indicate that two (2) deposits were credited to Mr***'s account on that date.
