I do not have a copy of the contract from the JOb, so I don't know if the warranty was still good at the time of the original complaint . In any case, I would like to resolve this issue for [redacted] if it is possible . I will have someone contact her and attempt to coordinate a resolution. If I am unable to do so in a timely manner she may feel free to have the issue taken care of by another company and mail me an invoice. I apologize for the delay in my response but under the circumstances it is the best that I can do . I will be sure to have someone contact [redacted] within the next few days so that we can begin to resolve her issues . I appreciate your assistance in this matter since I would have had no other way of being notified about any problems.
