I ordered a National Geographic road map of Mexico by phone, paid by credit card I received a street map of Denver Called to ask for a return and Owner Patrick K [redacted] was very curt, unsympathetic and told me "No returns." Then he agreed to a return with a 25% restocking fee When I told him that he didn't seem very concerned with customer service he replied, "That's probably true." When I said I would dispute the credit card charge, he finally agreed to refund my card after he rec'd the map The problem has not yet been resolved I'm returning the map today
