Called a number on Craigslist add for a home rental and person who answered claimed to be part of this companyHe wanted my credit card number in order to get the address and information on the homeHe promised an extremely good deal on lease to ownI hung up on himI believe this to be a scam but I'm sorry to say that he did get my name and email address out of me first

If the owner of the home has the loan modified this can also show as a notice of default.
This is due to the owner not informing the loan company until the new loan is set up and possibly miss 2-payments on the loanAs stated before we have removed your home from our data however we are unable to remove your home from the NOD data in your county

attached email I will only be receiving a refund for one month because I logged in on 6/3/The funny thing is that I spoke with *** *** on 6/3/and he told me to log in to my account to get the zip codes for places that I looked for because that was a requirement for the refund fromAttached is the email confirmation that I received on 4/14/stating that my account would be cancelled as of 4/30/I should not have been chargedI should not have had to fill out a refund form.

Can someone of law enforcement please handle this? This is a TRUE SCAM! I called for information, and every-time I would ask a question the rep would completely ignore me! When he got to the payment of $I told him I need to speak with my husband and see if this would be a good fit for us, and boom he hangs up!

 Their claim is false. There is a way to know my info is correct. I went to the house pictured in the ad. I spoke to homeowner. My wife.is in the title business. She ran the title. This is a typical bait and switch. Just look on the internet at how many claims there are about this company. People are being taken advantage of. Im just glad I didnt pay the $40. To then find out I had been taken. Pinjara Circle is a small street. Not hard to find. I have been to other houses in the area and spoke to home owners...Please Revdex.com, look up this company on the internet and see for yourselves.

We only list NOD and NTS information. We will have your home removed from our listing. Please understand the home was listed by a defaulting lender.

The ad and listing have been removed from our site as requested.
