Student attended the Medical Assistant course in August and the
course ended on October 21, However, the student did not complete the course until November 19, due to student's mitigating circumstances Per student contract, there is a allotted 60-day time frame for the student to attend clinical externshipThe student is currently pending clinical externship rotation
The National Exam this is taken at the student's discretionStudent was advised of this per written contract and orientationTranscripts and certification have been available to student since she completed class on November 19, In addition, since student has completed the course, according to contract refund policy, she is not due a refund.

I am currently enrolled and I've learned a lotWith my crazy work schedule and home life they have managed to make a way for myself and a class full of others I love the fact that it is hands onThey give you the information, show you real life situations and test you They aren't going to just give you the gradesYou must study and earn them but they try to drill it in you so that its second natureGotta love them
We regret that Mrs*** feels this way about First Step Health Agency (FSHA) We would like to address and clarify the complaints that were made to the Revdex.com as follows;
1) In response to the claim that FSHA certifies studentsWe are authorized by GNPEC (Georgia Non-Public-Post Secondary
Commission) to instruct the Phlebotomy Program in accordance to the minimum criteria, set forth by GNPEC and to issue a certificate to students that successfully complete the program, as in the case of Mrs***2) In response to the claim that "The instructor was a horrible excuse for a teacher"Our instructors are qualified and approved by the GNPEC. The instructor in question is an LPN, CPT, and CCMA with more than twenty years of experience to instruct the programIn addition, FSHA has a grievance policy with step by step procedures to follow for all student complaintsThis policy is indicated in writing in the student contract, in which Mrs*** signed, acknowledging understanding of the policy
3) In response to the school/instructional areas not being sanitized, all areas are sanitized and cleaned in accordance to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards4) In response to FSHA finding students jobsFSHA assists students with job placement, but "does not" guarantee any student employment
