First Stop Newstand

Review: I had recently purchased an international calling card from this business and was given N[redacted] in the amount of $5.00. The owner was in a hurry to sell me this phone card unaware that the pin access was nulled/void. I tried to make my international phone call when I was asked to enter the access code and would not recognize the code. I re-entered the code again several times to ensure correct numbers but got the same response. I returned to the store and explained this issue to the business owner and told me that he did not sell me this phone card and to look at his display. I explained to him about my issues with the card and did not want to hear what I have to say. He told me to go to the stor where I purchased this card. I called the toll free number for customer service regarding this matter and gave him the access code but it was not in the system. He told me to return to the store to get another card but I explained that the business owner does not want to hear my complaint regarding the phone card. The business is [redacted]. These newstands are ripping off the public. The phone card company website [redacted] Business owner is a fraud and the public should be aware of this type of problems.Desired Settlement: Monetary refund for unused phone card.
