I went to this location to renew my vehicle registration. The person at the counter told me 185 which seemed kind of high but I couldn39t remember exactly how much it was supposed to be. When I get the documentation after I paid for it the actual fee was supposed to be 135 and they charged me 187 in total. I then asked about the extra 50 and they said it was a fee to use their location. Clearly I would have driven to an MVA location to save 50. I could understand if the fee was a few dollars for convenience but 50 is highway robbery and thievery.I then asked to get my money refunded and I would go somewhere else since they offered to do that then when I accepted they said they could not do that. This is an unethical business.This location is very close to a military base and I can only imagine how many young Soldiers and family members they have been ripping off since they39ve been in business.

Refund I demand the fee for 52 that I was not made aware of refunded to me.
Good morning every customer that come pass First Stop Tqg and Title new or old see that I have a posted sign on my desk and wall dying we charge a fee....I specifically told this customer it was 185$ for two year and he said ok and proceeded with the transaction.Then once I took his card and processed it I gave him his sticker he then told me I should have told him I charge a fee I'm an disloyal and left my location....Every tag and title company we charge a fee on top of the mva that's how we make our money to stay in business. We get charge a fee from the mva every time we process a customer 12.50$ each transaction. I will never get over on any individual. If u go to google and look at his review he posted on my page click his name he goes to every business and leave a bad review about his experience with whatever business he goes to and it's more bad than good.....Some people I fill so this purposely I'm too blessed to getting ver on anyone
