Review: We were attempting to purchase a house in which [redacted] was the listing agent. After negotiating a price and entering escrow we proceeded with the home inspection. The house had several large items wrong with it that were incredibly dangerous and hazardous. The sellers refused to credit for the repairs so we cancelled escrow. At that point [redacted] started a pattern of lies that led to her refusal to sign the cancellation of escrow agreement. This was against the terms of the contract and led us to have to seek legal representation. She should be fired from First Team and have her brokers license removed but at the bare minimum I want a formal apology from [redacted]. I had emailed [redacted] to settle this but never heard back so I've taken my case online to Revdex.com, Yelp, Complaints Board, Ripoff Report, etc. I'll continue letting everyone know about the dangers of First Team until I get a formal written apology written and signed by [redacted] for her unethical behavior.Desired Settlement: I want a formal apology letter personally written by [redacted] and signed by her to be delivered to me. Anything else is completely unacceptable.
