After having issues with my past financial situations it was hard getting financed for a car, I got approved with First Texas Auto CreditIt was easy terms and low payments and I am thankfulBrenda Rosas,SR ACCT MNGR was very helpful on the welcoming committee and she thoroughly assisted me about my loan and also took just a few minutes to change my loan due date, I appreciate her offering to change the date to correspond with my monthly payShe also took the time to send me confirmation of all changes made Thank you FTAC this small step helped me keep my job and build my credit

I currently relocated from California to Texas which was a overwhelming experience we have two other vehicles but one is my husband's truck the other is a car we had for a while so I needed to purchase another vehicle.to make a long story short emergency situation came up fell late on payment I understand creditors have a job to do I am also a creditor for years and over years of customer service experience but you still remain professional with the customers at First Auto Credit spoke with reps but Elizabeth Trevino she stood out she knows how to talk to people as well as doing her job she was very professional I give her [redacted] and would like to only talk with her I was having trouble making my payment online or over the phone she called me the next morning before I called her she deserves to be commended [redacted] Thank You Carla Davis

First Texas auto credit approve me for a car when no one else would, at the time my credit was horrible, I got approve for the car I wanted, I put down a small down payment, and first Texas auto credit reduced my total price of the vehicleAlso I have to say this, it was time my fourth and my payment was due on the 9th but I didn't get paid until that following Saturday, so I called ftac, the guy I spoke to was Mr White, I told him about my situation, he said that's not a problem, also he asked did I want to make a partial payment when I got paid instead of the full payment, also Mr White worked with me a couple of times after thatMy car is now paid for, I highly recommend first Texas auto credit.but if for any reason you can't make your payment on time just call them and they will work with you

I had a situation arise with my family and could not make a full paymentI called and spoke with a very nice young lady on 1/who said she would make a note on when I could pay the other halfWell today 2/6, I was called by someone who now has my account, she chewed me out and questioned why I had no made my other payment because it was passed dueI explain that I spoke to someone on the 26th and that they put notes in the systemThe lady said she guess she would honor this agreement and told me I better not miss another paymentI didn't appreciate the way she spoke to me

I have been with the company for almost a yearI was asking for an extension of days due to some personal issuesYes I know it is days but the way I was spoke to by Elizabeth was very very unprofessionalSince I didn't call on my due date or before my due date they were unwilling to work with meLate fees are not a problem, and they wouldn't even accept partial paymentSad company and a way of doing businessAs soon as I can I will be refinancing with another company, you shouldn't handle or speak to customers the way Elizabeth spoke to me

After totaling my car, I was having trouble getting financed until it was completely off my credit. Thankfully the AWESOME peeps at FTAC worked w ford and I had my new car in no time at all. Great service and local! A+
