My previous two moves had nothing that I'd love to rememberThe mover destroyed nearly all my furniture in the first instanceThen some of my things, especially electronics, ended up missing during the other moveI was really worried when again I required the services of a moving company because I didn't know what would happen or what I would loseI, however, have my father to thank for recommending Interstate First Way Movers to meThis time, my mover delivered everything, from the smallest to the largest and from the lightest to the heaviest in perfect conditionFirst Way Movers were suggested to me by my father and I recommend them to everyone

I used this company for my move based on reviews on the internetThe three guys who came to help with my move exceeded my expectationsFirst of all my move was estimated to take hours and that was exactly how long it took!
The team came minutes early and were on the job immediatelyThey moved quickly, smoothly and quietlyThe guy in charge was very organizedThey packed everything safely and neatlyThey were very good at packing my ridiculously heavy couchThey came with all packing materials at no extra cost and boy did they use itThey will do that for you very quicklyThey came with numerous boxes etcWhen we reached the house they had no issues going up the stairs to put stuff, etcThey showed no signs of hesitation to do anythingVery focused on their jobI really had such a great experience that I would definitely use them for my next moveI would be surprised to find any negative reviewsThese guys are truly professional movers

When moving from one state to another it demands professional help at timesThat is why I hired professionalsBut before hiring any company, I did my research, compared the prices and finally decided to move with First Way Movers, which proved to be a great decision in the endThese guys moved me in record time and charged a very moderate amountThey were lightning fast, highly skilled and experienced and willing to deliver the best service I could ever hope forThe guys were helpful, responsive, attentive, accommodating and very innovativeI was delighted to receive all my belongings in great conditionTo be honest, I can only compliment this company from start to finishMarion was just such a great help with the whole process!!

Movers refused to deliver my furniture inside he house as quotedMovers refused to pay for broken bed,lamps and other itemsWill not refund money
2/Moves were supposed to deliverDue to low power lines the driver said he could not drive to our houseHe got upset and later went to get a ***In the process of moving our furniture for the wheeler/lg truck he just threw our furniture in the ***He did not have movers, he WAS the driverHe then brought the furniture to us but refused to bring in the house and set it upHe just left it in the garageOnce again he does not have anyone to help him, not sure why the movers would send a driver with no guys to move the furnitureWe called the sheriff since he already had our money and refused to finished the jobWe waited a day for First Way Movers to come up with a solution to this problem but they are so AMAIZINGLY unprofessional they FLAT out do not careKevin *** the customer service manager is only totally cluel

When we moved from California to Alabama we knew we would need helpI spent weeks researching moving companiesI got email quotes and quotes over the phone for weeksThe guys at First Way had the best rate and more importantly serviceBut I was worried about that old saying that you get what you pay forBoy was I wrongThey did a fantastic jobThey took care of our entire householdThey loaded up everythingMy husband and I didn't have to do muchThey did a great jobThe man that was our rep Bill called a few weeks later just to check on usThey are a very nice company with very nice people

We relocate for work across the country and backThis company is a scamThey hire movers off CraigslistThey also rented a Pensky truckNot professional movers
The driver took all our belongs from California to his house, yes his house in Las VegasOur destination was WashingtonSo not on the wayOwner Kevin, so unprofessional and a total ***Bill, salesperson is nice but only has worked for the company months
When they loaded all our stuff, I was informed the that remaining payment of over $has to be in cashDriver could not be any more rudeDiscrimination towards either women or anyone in generalWhen our belongs came, everything inside had been unpacked and movedVery alarmingI had to call the policeStay clear of this companyGood luck

Wonderful people! I was absolutely thrilled with the service they gaveThe office staff was nice and helpfulMarion was super nice and was able to answer all my questions (or find out the answer and get back to me very quickly in a couple of instances)He was able to provide me with some of their boxes for free so I didn't have to buy too many boxesThe movers were friendly and eager to pleaseWhile they unloaded they always asked me where I wanted something and never just dropped things whereverThey even let me peek into boxes that I forgot to label so that they could put the boxes in the right placeThat helped me so much because I had back surgery last month and would not be able to move the boxes between rooms myselfI will use them again without a doubt when I need to move next yearWonderful job all around!

Dealing with First Way Movers was a horrific experienceEverything Marion told me over the phone was a LIEThey are a broker companyThey assured me my furniture would be handled with careMy bookshelf arrived destroyed, my personal boxes arrived ripped open, my dinning table damagedIt is clear they handled everything without careI was told it would take 5-daysI must have spoken to different people in order to try to get updates on when my furniture was arrivingAnd when it finally arrived, it was about weeks laterNothing about this company is legit

This move couldn't have gone any betterThe movers were polite and cooperative throughout the entire moveThey were all very nice guys and they arrived on time and made sure to stick to the scheduleThey seemed to be very conscious of the time it took them to get the job done and also about keeping my belongings safe and secure during the move
My main guy there was Marion and he was the best all the way through the moveThank you so much
