Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Response to Revdex.com complaint filed against First Weber Group It is obvious that the attorney for First Weber Group is doing everything he can to cover up the true story of what happened regarding my original listing agreement with First WeberI explained to the attorney that I had proof in recording and a legally executed document allowing me to terminate my agreement with First Weber at any time without causeHe apparently is more concerned with his manager’s reputation and how she was called out on her poor customer service than with the legal aspects of this situationSince it appears that First Weber will not provide a full release even though I have a signed agreement by one other their contracted agents we will just have to move forward without resolutionI have been a businessman for over years and can without hesitation state that had one of my mangers treated one of my customers the way I was treated by the manager (Sue [redacted] ) of First Weber, they would no longer be in that position in my company or they would be receiving intensive customer service related trainingThis is not settled to my satisfaction; however, I am moving forward in listing with another companyI would highly recommend that anyone considering using First Weber Group first think twice about that choice or at least get an agreement built into their listing contract allowing them to have the right to terminate the agreement without cause and the termination to include a mutual releaseMy original intent was not to get out of my agreement I have just had enough real-estate exchanges to know that sometimes things don’t happen the way they are promised and this was a perfect example of thatI’m glad I covered myself with the agreement since I now know the true way customers are treated by First Weber and that is not good unless you bend to their rules Regards, Jerry [redacted]
