Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This is the second complaint that I have made regarding this company I thought that we had come to a resolution regarding the item that I had ordered would be exchanged for a larger size and sent to my daughter in ArizonaThe following is the first email that I sent to this company, the date is the day that I thought we had resolved the issueOn Tuesday, January **, [redacted] I have read you message on the Revdex.com website We would like the same pair of pants but in the next size up please that was ordered I would like you to ship it to the following address and send me a tracking number so that I know that it has gotten to my daughter [redacted] ***If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me.Heidii S [redacted] ###-###-####I never received and email and my daughter never received the exchanged pair of pants The was the next email I sent: This is the second email that I have sent you regarding this manner My husband called and left you a message to call him regarding the exchange You never returned his call I will be making another complaint to the Revdex.com and if necessary I will contact a lawyerI want the larger size pants or my $refunded.Heidii S [redacted] ;This business has not only screwed me out of a product I paid for, but has the product I returned and my I want the replacement pants or my above Sincerely, [redacted]
