Original complaint 6/2/15; I am not satisfied with the response his the company. In view of the fact that I pay medical each month and I accrue an additional medical bill for treatment of my illness every weeks on top of the bills I pay monthly. I have paid off other medical bills on payment plans with no additional fees because of partial payments. I am on fixed income and it is difficult to pay medical bills (which have been paid by insurance) in fullThese fees are a form of extortion to pay a bill in full especially since they were paid by insurance to begin with. Can Revdex.com give any other options for me pleaseThank you

The collectors explain if paid in full it will be reported paid to the credit bureaus as paidA account is not deleted from a credit report just because it is paid in fullI think this person did not understand correctly

The account has been paid and reported to the Credit reporting companies. This could take up to 90 days to show on her credit report.

The supervisor was not in the office for this called. I spoke to [redacted] and listen to her concerns.I set her up on the $100 payment plan as she requested.A payment plan is a courtesy that we do if payment in full cannot be made. I also spoke to the collector and got a different version...

as the collector stated [redacted] was very rude and hung up on her and then called back to speak to a supervisor

Review: I Contacted the agency to make a payment on a newly placed account. My balance is $564.90 and I offered to pay $100.00 monthly until paid in full. Agent refused stating that they only take payments in full or 1 or 2 payments. I asked to speak with a manager, she refused. I called back and received the same agent, again refused. I asked if calls are being recorded, she responded no, "it was against the law". Which is not true. I explained to her that I was a professional and have never been treated as such. I made the payment of $100.00, which they accepted but feel their policies are not acceptable. dDesired Settlement: Would like to speak with mgmt. regarding their practices

Review: Received notice from this company effective 2/1/15 all partial payment accounts will be charged 4.00 partial payment fee for each payment. I currently have 16 medical bills I pay on each one. My income is social security 800/mo and pension 331/mo. My health insurance already paid on these bills and I'm left with balances for each. Is this legal to charge a fee on my payment as I already am struggling with payments. DcDesired Settlement: I pay each month on all my medical bills. I only want this company to drop the $4.00 partial payment fee each month as I struggle to pay this bill I appreciate anything you can do to help. Thank you.

The $4.00 fee only applies to partial payments. If the bill is paid in full there is no $4 charge. We accept payment plans as a courtesy and occur credit card fees on every payment.This $4 fee cannot bewaived unless we receive payment in full.
