Here is the response I issued to First Digital on 1/18/ We are still awaiting them to finish installing the lines So this is not resolved yet.Hey Alex,Thanks for your email. I work with hundreds of contractors, vendors, and customers. In my years in business I have never had communication this poor from any of them. I do find it hard to believe that First Digital has worked "hard on my behalf" because your company never has any answers, timelines, or even guesses, as to what is happening at our location. Only when I file a complaint with the Revdex.com does first digital suddenly have answers and solutions within hours.That being said, I understand that there are issues that may be beyond your control. I understand that deadlines change. I am always willing to be flexible when I am given any communication. It has taken us hundreds of attempts for answers, and Aaron's communication has frankly been non-existent. My phone lines continue to drop calls on my customers because they are running over the internet rather than hard lines which we requested.Even still after this long we have never been quoted or told that there was a cost for the install of lines. So while a $*** credit for the lines sounds great at first glance, it doesn't sound all that great since we never knew that cost existed in the first place. Nonetheless, I appreciate you covering the cost to apologize.While we move towards this final hurdle I hope that I can see a better side of First Digital. I will consider staying with First Digital based on how the final experience goes

you to believe we do not care about your business. We do care and have worked hard behind the scenes to get permanent service delivered to your location, but we have failed in communicating with you and making sure we are meeting your expectations. I am apologize for that failure
Throughout this process, we have run into significant roadblocks while trying to get permanent lines delivered. Our team has worked feverishly with *** to get the lines installed, but we are consistently turned away or told a different route needs to be taken. As of this morning, I believe we have finally reached a point with *** where the process is on the right track. I have authorized payment of $*** to *** to complete the installation of your permanent lines. These will be the lines that we will use for our service and would be the lines that any future carrier would use to deliver service to your business. In cases this cost is passed to the customer, but due to the less than satisfactory circumstances of your order, FirstDigital will cover these expenses
Per your request, I will also authorize the cancellation of your contract with no early termination fees. I respect your desire to move to another carrier once the permanent lines are in place, but hope we can restore your confidence in FirstDigital as we race to the finish line on this orderI will make sure Aaron is in constant contact with you in the coming days regarding progress
