[Your Answer Here]I do not know why they are lying I did speak to Roger, he told me his name was Roger and that he was the sales Manager I told him that RR has not yet sold the car and he told me CATEGORICALLY that I should let them know what the balance (difference) would be and they would take care of it for me and he offered an apology They are not telling the truth that I did not speak to him I want them to keep my file open and honor what they told me until I hear from RR and the matter is settled This all happened because they did not tell me the truth in the first place and they cannot say the matter is closed if they have not lived up to their part of the deal, they cannot be dishonest to their customers I would like them to hold on to their promise to help me with this matter until all resolved, I am not going to go away even if they tell me the matter is closed It is not closedThey took advantage of a woman buyer and did not me the truth at the outlet and they hoped I would just go away and I am not going to do that, they have an obligation to not lie to customers just to get a sale done

As far we know there have been no charges sent to this customer for early termination she is just worried that there may be.
