Review: I paid First Law Job to help me in my job search and to help me find a job. The website promises that they are working hard to find potential career opportunities for you. However, I've heard nary a peep from my "Career Counselor" [redacted] in the months and months since I first sent her my original and then an updated resume. Instead, I've signed up with legal recruiters for FREE and they have found me temporary placements. Better yet, I've applied online with CraigsList for FREE which has led to interviews and an actual offer for a position. What has she been doing all this time? Certainly not providing me with the service offered on the First Law Job website. I am not complaining about not finding a job. I am complaining about not receiving the benefit of my bargain. I paid for a service and received NOTHING in return. No updates, no offers, no interviews, no...NOTHING...since August 2013.Desired Settlement: I would like a return of the fee I paid. Barring that outcome, simply alerting others so that they are not taken advantage of as well, will do.

Review: This service did absolutely nothing. I submitted my resume and cover letter to them, and they were supposed to apply to jobs for me and have employers contact me. I did not receive even ONE contact from an employer as a result of using this service. I understand it can't guarantee finding me a job, but it did not even result in a single interview or any type of contact from any employer.

Furthermore, the service took no efforts to contact me at any point and ensure that service was being delivered. I submitted to them my resume and application, paid my fees, and never heard from them again unless I took the time to contact them first. And even when I did contact them, my response was a simple "we're working," and nothing more. I suspect this service may be a scam, and that they never actually submitted any applications on my behalf, as there certainly is no evidence that anything was done to earn their fee.Desired Settlement: Full refund of money paid
