The issue has been resolved, they finally answered the phone and restored service today. Please cancel the compliant
Review: I pay my annual fee for service by credit card on file with them. On may 24 I received notice by email that my card had been declined and I must call 434-817-3178 within 7 days or my account would be terminated. I tried repeatedly to contact them, also called434-817-3131and 806-715-3030. I also filled out the contact form on the website with the new information, apparently that was ignored When they say "at the tone, please leave a message", then at the tone it says "Sorry it is full and cannot accept more messages. I just don't know what to do to get my account reinstated.Desired Settlement: I want to give them my new credit card info and have my account reinstated pronto
