I am rejecting this response because: The court date for the meeting of creditors was on May 30th in which ALL of my creditors was notified and had days to respond before dischargeMy bankruptcy was not officially discharged until August 25th which means the creditor was notified during that time period

We have requested the signature documents from our clientWe are asking for an extension of days in order to send the completed validation to you

Our office did receive a letter from Mr [redacted] on 05/10/The letter stated only that he disputed the debt and refused to payWe sent him a letter requesting the reason why he disputed the debt and never heard back from himWe do have validation of the debt which I am mailing him today
