I attmpeted to get a loan through this bankAfter going back and forth and submitting my information, one day, the lender just stopped responding to my emails or callsI will admit my fault, in that I turned some paper work in lateI did, in an email that was never responded to, admit this to the lender and ask what the next steps are to rectify the situationAfter May 9th, I attempted to contact the lender a total of times and the only response was from a person in their call center telling me I would hear from someone soonNo one every calledThis obviously does not want my business and wasted a month of my time waiting

On 2/6/I dropped off a notarized unauthorized transaction affidavit regarding my *** card to the bank's Rittenhouse Square location (*** * *** ***, Philadelphia, PA) about 4:40PM The next day (2/7/17) I was advised by customer service representative Lenny C that it was determined that my card had been compromised and that I would receive a new card with a new account number by yesterday (2/13) or today (2/14/17) at the latest This has NOT happened When I called this evening to advise this I discovered from my conversation with representative Denise Cat the branch that the card was not even ordered until 2/8/despite the fact I expressed a need for speed due to certain ongoing financial transactions I need this card for - this means that someone sat on processing this request for business day I also learned that cards take to business days to process and they are not allowed to have card sent to branch for pickup (although checks can be) - TOTALLY UNACC

This is a very basic and old school bank They have not kept up with technology and they have horrible customer service I could never get online to look at my loan or make a payment Everything has to be by phone They are going to take a couple of days to provide me a payoff amount Just ridiculous Stay away from this bank

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me; I did receive the courtesy credit which is greatly appreciated since am on a limited income However, I reserve the right to bring the business to your attention regarding any future difficulties I also plan to investigate a claim that it is supposedly against the law for a card to be sent to the bank branch as I had requested (since I was having so much difficulty in getting a replacement card I ended up opening a small account at a credit union that issues temporary cards on the spot - AND can have permanent cards sent to the branch [I talked to the branch manager @ the credit union and he said that the bank's claim that it was against the law for cards to be sent to the bank branch is bogus] Also I may be posting a separate complaint regarding the business *** *** in Bakersfielld, CA that caused me to be duped resulting in my card being compromised and resulted in my requesting a chargeback - and they are pestering me to have the chargeback reversed If it were not for that business I would not have needed to receive a replacement card in the first place resulting in this complaint?!Thank you for your assistance in this matter
