Please someone help to stop this !!!
I have received so many letters from (*** *** *** At The Vine Yards), I feel I been bully and the harassment is too much to handle, I suffer of panic attacks and this lady is too much for me to handle, so I thought it was time I send you a letterThis is not a letter of praiseThis is not a letter of gratitudeThis is a letter of annoyanceThis is me telling you, I'm tired of being harassedThis is a Sunshine anti-fan letter
Let me remind you, in case it has slipped your mind...I pay you, you don't pay meI send you a monthly payment to do your jobYes, do your jobI don't pay you to harass me with silly letters
Let me remind you one more time...I pay you! I don't pay you to send me a letterThere must be something more constructive for you to do to earn your salaryOK, I think you now realize that if it wasn't for the residents you most likely wouldn't have a job
Residents supposedly break rules when they don't adhere to each covenant? I won't get into "aren't rules meant to be broken" here, but seriously...you must take into consideration that there are always, always two sides to every storyJust because you have the power of the HOA please don't think that you could do no wrongI'm here to tell you that you canYou aren't perfectPerfection doesn't exist in the real world

Stop the harassment

This company recently signed a contract to manage our building. They promised that the employees would "be retained and their benefits would be increased".
Not only ONE week after signing this contract, they RAISED the co-pay the employees pay for generic medication from $3 to $15 per prescripion.
They also wanted to hold in abeyance, one half of their pay, so that they would not receive a full paycheck until the end of October. We received a letter from a employee, and he signed the letter: HELP! He was afraid of signing it for fear of being fired.
This situation is horrible, and we owe our employees BETTER than this. I wish this company would leave us alone!
If they show up are your building, show them the door!
