. In my year of living in a building who employs this company to run the front desk operations, I find the staff are always out of uniform, away from their desks or on their phones watching movies while working.
On many occasions the staff have refused to help me with concerns, citing its not their job, or their shift ends in a half hour so could I wait, or flat out just refusing to acknowledge me standing in front of them at the desk.
Recently one man told me he didn't even work at the front desk, yet was at it. Later he told me he was the night 'guy' so uniforms were optional.
More alarming was a recent lack of action taken by FSR when I notified the staff of several broken glass bottles in the entry way to the building. One girl said thanks it would be looked at, then hours later the bottle still there. A new shift started and I informed her new partner, again said it would be looked at. I came out the next morning and the shattered glass is still everywhere. It took over 15 hours to clean up, after two staff were notified.
Their lack of action could have caused injury if someone were to slip and not see the glass overnight.
Management turns a blind eye; emails go unanswered, phone messages never returned. FSR does not care about their employee's actions or professionalism. A lack of concern for the people who pay them to BE concerned.
