Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] trys to make it sound like the problems with my driveway was caused by me.As he states,A FEW DAYS before driving on it.I waited a whole days before driving on it.If hes been in business for 30yrs.He should know better to tell the customer that in 90degree heat let the driveway sit longer before parking on it.I`ve had opinions from other paving contractors.They actually laughed when they seen the driveway.Some of them laughed harder when I told them the contractor who did the work.The opinions I got stated that the preparation of the driveway wasn`t done correctly before the paving was done.As for the numerous phone calls.I would get promises that someone would call me back.That never happened[redacted] doesn`t seem to understand that a driveway is suppose to be flat,not have sink holes,humps,impressions where water lays.If he doesn`t realize that after 30yrs.in business.I don`t think he realizes it now.A good contractor would stand by his work.Apparently the only thing hes worried about is getting your money.Enclosed is photos of where the water lays.Also a picture of the Belgium block.As you can see,why is the left hand side of the driveway kicked out on a angle.The right hand side is straight.It should either be both on a angle or both straightThat problem was fixed,but should of never happened..Thats 30yrsin business?
