I spoke with the complainant on January 30, size="3" face="Times New Roman"> I apologized for any frustration that Hawaiian Telcom (“HT” or “Company”) may have caused regarding our $Gift Card Promotion I reassured her that her concerns were reviewed by our management team, and appropriate action was taken The complainant confirmed that she received our email that was sent on January 22, 2015, which provided directions on how to redeem the gift card I advised her that our Company processed the redemption on her behalf, and that she should be receiving the gift card in two to four weeks In regards to the complainant’s request for compensation, HT offered to upgrade her from Advantage TV to Advantage Plus TV for one year, which is about a $difference per month To offset this difference, the Company will be issuing an additional $TV monthly credit for one year The complainant agreed to this resolution

I spoke with the Complaint on December 23, 2014, and apologized for any frustration that Hawaiian Telcom (“Company”) may have caused regarding the repair of his phone service I advised the Complainant that Company records reflect that he had filed a trouble report on November 30, and phone service was repaired on December 10, The Complainant confirmed this was correct, and requested credits for this period I confirmed time-out-of-service credits will be reflected on his January 28, invoice, and that I would follow up with him at that time

On April 5, 2016, I spoke with the complainant’s friend regarding Hawaiian Telcom’s (“Company” or “HT”) High Speed Internet (“HSI”) serviceIt was confirmed that the friend was authorized on the account He advised me that he was already aware of the complainant’s Revdex.com complaintCompany records reflect that the complainant reported internet trouble and initiated a trouble ticket on April 5, An HT station technician was originally scheduled to be dispatched to the premise on April 19, 2016, but we were able to expedite the repair visit to April 8, I followed up with the complainant's friend on April 13, 2016, and he confirmed that their HSI connectivity had improved We reviewed that our Company technician changed a module at the Network Interface Device box located outside the home, as well as changed the inside wiring and phone jack The Company also confirmed that there was no corrosion on HT’s network facilitiesI advised the friend that automated time-out-of-service credits take one to two bill cycles to be processed He understands I will follto make sure these credits are reflected on their account If there are any further concerns, the complainant my reach me at 643-3377, Monday through Friday, between 8:a.mand 4:p.mSincerely, Nathan G [redacted] Customer Relations Specialist

I spoke with the Complainant on December 24, regarding his billing and payment concernsHe explained that he found out there was an error on his part, and that he had contacted the Revdex.com before I spoke with him, to explain that Hawaiian Telcom was not at fault

I spoke with the complainant on April 8, regarding his request that Hawaiian Telcom (“HT” or “Company”) refund fees of $that were incurred after we dispatched a technician to change him from a wired set top box (“***”) to a wireless ***, for his [redacted] serviceWith taxes of $11.43, the total charges were $ I advised him that a credit in that amount has been issued, and will be reflected on his April 7, invoice I reviewed that wireless ***s are not recommended for multi-dwelling buildings, due to apartment proximity There is the possibility that wireless collision or interference with other wireless services could occur, which may result in a less than optimum experience I apologized if our residential customer service department did not make this clear at the time of his initial order last September I confirmed that his concerns were shared with our management team, and appropriate action has been taken
