Review: 2 years ago I got a crown (upper front right)done by [redacted].I paid over $ 1,400 cash...As he was installing crown he said "WE WILL NEVER HAVE TO SPEND MONEY ON THIS TOOTH EVER AGAIN"1 year 1/2 later the back of the crown chipped off and tooth came loose bringing the post with it (which he did not work on).I then called his office and was told to come in...I was working in Odessa Tx. (875 miles round trip and lost 2 days work)Cementing the chipped crown again cost me $ 278...He said that it will come loose again... It did. I went back to his office to have it put back up (this time I only paid $ 28... It was then he mentioned other options.. As I would not consider a bridge, an implant may be the way to go (over $ 4k)..Crown came loose again and paid another $ 150 for a retainer to keep it from flying out while talking.. I am worse off now than before I was treatedDesired Settlement: refund
