I recently called fischer contractors for a estimate too evaluate my entire flat roof on my home in the northeast section of the city.I had several roofers come out over the course of a week come out and and either call or left paperwork in my door explaining what needed to be done.Being a female home owner and not knowing anything about roofs was very tough in making the decision I made.I acquired estimates in total from local roofers around the city and found fischer roofing to be most honest out of them all.They sent out a salesman name k [redacted] who was great.He took the time and meet with me explained the hole process of which product would be best for my home and the entire installation process.Also the price giving to me was not cheapest but very fair considering the amount of work needed to be done.Since fischer roofing has done my roof I have been worrie and trouble free of leaks.I wanted to thank fischer roofing for sending out k [redacted] to evaluate my home and make them aware of amazing and professional salesman that he is.Your company should be proud and know what a asset he is too your company.And I will be sure to recommend your company in needing a honest and very professional roofing company

The service man went to *** *** property to fix her gutter but unfortunately the serviceman did not have a bracket on the truck. He told her he would return but she did not want him too. Also, *** ***, filed a charged back on her credit card and has received a full reimbursement. Thank you for you time in this matter

Fischer Contractors, did a small repair on the main roof on 7-17-13. *** *** has a year guarantee or service calls guarantee, which ever comes. *** *** called in February and reported that she wanted additional straps installed on the downspout in the
rear of her property. Due to the extreme winter, it is possible that she experienced contraction and expansion on the downspout which caused it to loosened . On 5-6-14, *** *** called to report that she was still in need of the straps to resecure her spout. Unfortunately, when the service truck arrived he did not have any straps in the truck. We did call *** *** to reschedule another service but she refused to have the service doneplease note that the customer did have more than the service calls within the year guarantee. Also, we can not be held responsible for the extreme winter which caused the straps to loosenFischer Contrators

I am rejecting this response because: The contractor has not been out yet and they keep giving excuses because of the weather, however there has been weeks of perfect sunny weather for the past month where they had an opportunity to contact me to send a repair servicemanI had contacted them today (4/20/14) and they claim they did send a serviceman, but this is a lie If they did come out they would have contacted me to indicate this Furthermore, my property is behind a locked gate, so there is no way a serviceman could get into my property without me opening the gate There is no fresh tar or repairs to indicate they did come out to make repairs The fact remains that my roof is still leaking

It is a complete lie. Like all the lies they have been telling me to get me off their backs.  I called immediately because they never did a correct job. They installed the incorrect boxes and a bad installation at that, on my house and I now have 4 roofers estimates which states that and I have to have the job redone. I called them 100 times and they kept giving me the same excuses she states in her letter here. But the realty is that I did have a 1 year warranty and or 3 service calls and they never came out to fix my problem. Instead kept telling me that because of weather conditions they had to cancel, because of weather conditions they did not show up and so on and so on. The back gutter that they made pretend they hung and fell off the same day is only the icing on the cake. Trust me they have never called me asking to come back,  and I refusing?! Come on!  That is a complete lie. I have all my phone records and now 4 different roofing companies estimates on taking the boxes they put there, not only incorrect size boxes but installed improperly. So much so that the small little leak I had is now such a mess with mold and mildew that after this is done I will see them in court for my repair inside the house as well. 
So do your self a favor Fischer Roofers, you made a mess of my house now give me my money back. I gave you 8 months to come out to my house and you kept giving me excuses and putting me on the back burner. You wanted nothing to do with me. Tha 's fine just give me my money back!  
I have seen this is not the first time you have problems like this before where you schedule and leave the people waiting all day with no call back. But with me you actually took my hard earned money and destroyed my house. 
With all the phone calls that I made and I have proof, them taking my money already, of do you really think I would of denied them entry into my house to fix this mess they created?
I hope Revdex.com, that you really look at this and do give them the rating that they deserve ( a Zero). So that they do not do this to other people. The fact is that when Harry ran the show over there they did a great job. And I am assuming that he stepped down since he is there only part time now and I can never speak to him only speak to Heather who has horrible customer services on the phone as well. I did have work from this company in the past me and my family. But back then Harry was at the helm. That is the only reason I even gave them them the benefit of a doubt and 8 months to fix my problem.  But now I am done and I just want us to go our separate ways and give me my money back so that I can fix this mess properly. Its not fair that now I have to pay twice and fix the inside as well.

Fischer roofing contractors has done a horrendously shoddy job on my roof. Before they had begun their work, there was only one leak in our house which is why we hired them. After completing the job, four new leaks can be spotted around the house. Not only have they done a terrible job on the roof, they continuously dodge our appointments. I hope people can see this review and avoid this roofing company at all cost. They will do a incomplete job and refuse to own up to their responsibilities. We paid the company for a service and they repeatedly dodge us and refuse to own up to their mistakes and fix the situation. We have to call them daily to try and get them to come by and fix the leaks THEY created but they are no shows after setting their appointments. They are extremely unprofessional! Please save yourselves the hassle and your hard earned money, and time and avoid this company at all costs.

I would like to start off by saying I was referred to this company by an associate when my roof began to leak the first year after purchasing my home. We got an brand new roof laid out in February 2015 and come November 2015 when the weather changes and more damaging weather conditions start to comer around, my roof begins to leak in the exact same spots it did prior to getting it fixed. I began calling Fischer roofing early November and her it is December and all I've gotten was multiple phone tags (more so me calling them) regarding tentative appointments for them to come out, multiple "apologies" regarding being overly busy and cannot come out to see about my leaking roof, and several rude/ un informative conversations with the receptionist. It went as far as me asking to speak with a supervisor (Nina) who doe not have her own direct line/voicemail so that I may call her directly, and who was not available to speak with me at the time. How convenient.
Overall, my experience was a negative one with Fischer roofing based on poor customer service, lack of respect and speedy service for customers who paid full price/ upfront cash for a service done not only 9 months ago that's supposed to be backed by a 25 year warranty. Either they are doing a poor job or not doing their job at all!

Review: on 9/14/12 fischer contractor did the roof of my house, brand new roof with a 20 year guarantee

since 1/23/14 there is a leak on the left front corner of the house I called them rigthaway they told me due to the weather there wasnt able to come out

called them on 1/27/14 and gave me the same excuse on 1/29/14 spoke with [redacted] the owner son and one of the project manager and told me that between 1/30/14-1/31/14 he was gonna come to the house and try to fix the problem those days the tempeture was around 30 and 40 so there was no excuse for them not to come, and on friday afternoon I called [redacted] and he said that he has a family emergency and never came

Review: Fischer Roofing was called to fix roof at [redacted] on a small leak in the front of the home. They went out charged me $800.00 did not do a proper job and the leak is not so bad that I need to replace trimming and dry wall. Have called them several times in the past 9 months was always given excuses that they could not come now because of the winter weather it was unsafe for their men to go on my roof. Also when the weather finally became better they kept giving me the excuse that they are now really backed up because of all the bad weather. Made appointments and never showed up or would cancelled me last minute. Review: The roof leaks and the roofer has not fixed it according to the 15 year guarantee. I have contacted the roofer multiple times for different leaks.

Rubber roofing was installed on a flat roof in April 2011; the roof covers the third floor and part of the first floor. The first time the roofer came for repairs was August 2011.

Recently there have been leaks on both the third floor roof and the first floor roof. There are 8 to 10 places on the third floor ceiling where it is leaking and some are so severe that the ceiling light fixture had to be removed. There are multiple bubbles in the first floor ceiling from water coming in and the water is getting perilously close to the light fixtures.

Generally, the roofer is not responsive. I have to call several times before someone is sent for a repair; it takes phone calls every 3 or 4 days for 2 to 3 weeks before the roofer sends someone out. When the roofer does send a repair person, he spreads a little sealant with perhaps a bit of fabric and is gone in 10 to 20 minutes. The last time the repair person came, he said he could not see anything on the third floor roof causing a problem, and the leak has gotten worse.

I called about leaks 2 weeks before the major snow and ice and nobody came out. The leaks have gotten worse and there are more places were the ceilings show leaking. Now ice dams are preventing addressing leaks, which had the leaks been properly repaired in a timely manner, would not be leaking now.

Extensive damage has occurred to the interior because of recurring leaks and the third floor tenant is very upset to have to live with constant leaks. I have a property management group for the building; the third floor tenant calls the management group, the management group calls me, I call Fischer Roofing and nothing happens. The property management group has a roofer that could make repairs; I have not done that because it would invalidate the guarantee with Fischer Roofing.

I am stuck because if anyone other than Fischer Roofing does anything to the roof, the guarantee is invalid. I want the roof to not leak as I expected after paying $13,500 for installation of a new rubber roof.Desired Settlement: 1. Roof fixed properly, completely, and finally before heavy spring rains start.

2. Compensation for interior damage, even though it is not part of guarantee, because it seems that a good-faith effort has not been made by the roofer to provide a moisture barrier to the building, for which I contracted with Fischer Roofing Contractors and paid in full at the end of the installation in 2011.

his location on Monday, February 24, 2014. Since we are now

having thauling. [redacted] was at **. [redacted] property on

1/31/14. Jason saw on the 3rd story roof has an eave box connect to

spout. The spout goes down to the 2nd floor. The water spout

on the second story flows to the Jolson drain that is fifteen feet from

spout. The leak was coming in around the Jolson drain but it

was completely covered with ice. Until all the snow and ice

melts there is no way to fix the leak.
