Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] To say that I'm disappointed with the response of Super is an understatementI will respond to each of their statements one at a time.Yes we did reserve one king bed room months before the wedding we attended because that is what we were told was available at the time we made the reservation, even though we are a family of We needed a room to stay in and were told there were rollaway beds we could use for an extra fee which was ok with us.Yes upon checking in we knew there was only one king bed, again that was ok with us because while making the reservation we were told there were rollaway beds we could use for an extra fee.We were told while making the reservation that they did have rollaway bedsAttached is a picture taken in the room stating they have rollaways for $10.Extra blankets & pillows were offered but never given because it was declined immediately upon suggestionNo blankets & pillows were ever physically there.At the time of us booking our room we were told that only king rooms were available, had we been told there were rooms with beds we would have taken it because we are a family of 4.Yes we understand that at time of check in there wouldn't have been bed rooms available because they told us months before they didn't have any which is why we choose to go with a king bed room with rollaways.No we did not get an additional charge for extra people in the room but we did get charged for a room that was not used because of them not having rollaway beds Regards, [redacted]

This guest ordered a room with one king bed months before they actually arrived.  Upon checking in, they knew they had a room with only one king bed.  We do not have rollaway beds at our location.  We did give the guest extra blankets & pillows, but they were not interested....

 Because of this, we will not be able to refund the guest.  Rooms with two beds were available at the time the guest booked their room.  Upon check in, rooms with two double beds were not available.  Guest was not charged for additional people in the room.
