8-5 Monday – Friday,  Mrs. [redacted] left one very rude message about her starter being faulty again.   The owner,  Kari called the customer 15 minutes before opening  store hours and tried to give her the nationwide 1-800 number for warranty, however Mrs. [redacted] was very rude and would not let her talk.  Kari finally was able to give her the warranty information and hung up the phone.  Mrs. [redacted] was told that she had a 2yr or 24,000 mile warranty and she should call ###-###-#### for help.  She did not want to listen and did not even give us the chance to give her the warranty information without being very out of line and rude. If she would have called the warranty number the problem would have been taken care of free of charge.  However she does need to go through the warranty process.  Attached is the warranty information.
