Fish Market Restaurant of Maryland

Review: I made a purchase at the Fishmarket Restaurant in [redacted] Md on Saturday May 31. When the waitress gave me my receipts I informed her she charged my card twice. I then spoke to a manager who said she voiced the charges for $87.49 and for $40.00. I called a manager today at the establishment after noticing I was also charged for an unauthorized tip of $7.05. He insisted my card was not charged however I have text from my bank and on line bank statements that show this money has been deducted from my account. This is the second incident in which I visited their establishment and my card was charged for transactions I did not authorize. I disconnected the call today with no resoultion and still without my $134.50 credited back to my card.Desired Settlement: Refund to my card for $87.49 40.00 and for the unathorized tip of $7.05 for a total of $134.50
