I have spoke with the [redacted] company that the customner bought his ticket from,I was told giving a refund back is not a problem,To get this matter resolved I have no problem giving a refund for what he paid for ticket.I offered a refund to him before the complaint was made,Please just submit a copy of his [redacted] to me and I will put a refund in the mail ASAP Thank You, Steve S [redacted]
