Hello, Our crew completed the job as outlined in the contract that is attachedAny conversation Ms*** had with any of our employees as far as any additional work would have to have been included in the contract in order to be completedShe gave us a deposit before the work was done in
order for us to order her granite for her tops, and as you can see the contract did not include any sort of backsplash or tileIf you need a copy of that check I can provide thatWe would like to make this right for Ms***, however, the work has been completed to the full extent of the contractAny additional work would come at an additional cost.Thank you,Rebecca I***
