To whom it may concern:I have done a great deal of research on this complaint todayHere is my responseThis customer was in a contract at their place of business for security monitoring that was signed June of This contract length was for a term of years as the customer was given the installation labor and equipment at no chargeThe customer lost their lease at their facility and we activate? and fixed the? system free of charge at their? new locationThe customer signed an agreement on 10/10/for a term of years for this new locationWith the new location and new agreement their old agreement was terminatedWith the move the billing was only $and some change for the time the first system was monitored in OctoberOnce the new system was activated the CC was billed for the pro-rated billing for the quarter and the $and changeI have thoroughly investigated the claim and have determined that we did not bill the customer inaccuratelyThe remaining $bill is for the remainder of the contract and that portion can be waived if the client will continue their services with usWe would be more than happy to reactivate the systemI do have a copy of the contract that was signed but will not be attaching that as it? has privacy informationThank you,Casey WB***Director of Branch Operations [redacted] ? ? ? ?
