Review: Our office paid a $2,000.00 deposit for livestock (Tropical Fish) against a specific manifest of fish custom designed for us by their weekend [redacted]." After receiving one of three shipments of livestock [redacted] stopped working for the firm, and the current [redacted]" does not have the custom manifest of the livestock we placed a deposit on, nor does he have the ability to stock the tank since he has not done a site survey of our tank or spoke to us regarding our requirements. We requested a refund for the livestock (tropical fish) the store never supplied to us in the amount of $1,147.32. We were refused as the store wants to sell us stock; however since the store can not produce the original stocking manifest they are unable to sell us the fish we had agreed to when we placed the deposit.Desired Settlement: Simply we would like a refund for the livestock never supplied for us. The order was quite specific that the livestock would be custom ordered for us from specific "specialty fish breeders."
