Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] In addition, I would be more than happy to accept a refund that matches an itemized invoice that adds up mathematicallyHad the original itemized invoice, see attached, reflected the stated cost per hour of the attorney and the actual time spent with the attorney, the refund would have been seen as acceptableGiven that nothing adds up and the time spent by the attorney has charged over time, the, "reasonable," refund continues to be questionableThis is an extremely frustrating situation, and yet an accurate, transparent, and mathematically correct itemization should be a very reasonable requestThe Revdex.com has given a time frame until May 29th for this responseThe demand by the business to accept their refund by Tuesday, May at 5:00pm, a refund that does not add up even when they tried to itemize it, is not honoring the Revdex.com attempt to achieve reconciliation of this matter

I am attaching a time stamped entry log that proves the initial consultation was not two hours longClient information removed for privacyYou will see that the last entry created by User ID DW is time stamped 2/24/11:58:24AMThe next entry by User ID DW is at 3:01:41PMWe left an hour drive time to and an hour drive time from our appointment at 1:00PMThis does not leave enough time to have had an appointment that was two hours longFurthermore, the time spent after the, "Do Not Proceed," message was left comes into question again in regards to staff training to relay messages and now as a record keeping issueThe initial time spent can be proven beyond just a, "recollection." As far as the new invoice goes, there was plenty of time to have had the refund fall in a billing cycle, as I had made multiple requests over time, and this invoice could have been provided soonerRegardless, the time charged is still false, based on, "recollection," instead of proper record keepingI expect a refund in the amount of $2,which includes fees deducted from the retainer amount for set up and payment processing, minutes over the minute free consult and Conflict of Interest
Thank You

Amazing service!! 5star! I called for a quote and *** arrived the same day and quoted on the spot I received quotes last year when I was going to do roof and most took over days to receive and were all over the board with regards to pricing *** advised he could start the project within weeks He called days later and advised his crew would arrive the following day to start A crew of arrived, worked all day and completed the job perfectly and cleaned up absolutely everything! It was flawless Absolutely flawless! If anyone reads this choose CASYou will not be disappointed

Look elsewhere. Two "kids" arrived to clean my windows. Cleaning was done on the ground level with poles and a brush. Windows were dripping wet when they were done. I had just had the windows replaced and I noticed that there were some spots that had glue on them. I asked them about those areas. The kid indicated that that would require them to "scrap" them and it would be $10 a window extra. When I asked him to go ahead and do that he said he didn't have the tools to do so. Made three phone calls to the business to get a resolve for which the "owner" (Jon) indicated that yes, they would require additional money to come out and clean the windows again. This was not something that required "scrapping", just a little elbow grease. Related to the fact that they are cleaning from the ground this is impossible. Their attitude was "oh well, sorry about that". If you can't do it right the first time, I don't have any confidence in your return. Didn't seem to bothered about the fact that I was less than happy! In the 10 years I have had someone clean my windows I certainly have never experienced such a lack of quality and professionalism!

Alpharetta, Georgia

I arranged an apt for window cleaning, I felt their price was good.
I had to cancel my first datedue personal reasons. They stated they would reschedule and I agreed Fridays would be the day later in the month. No date for the future secured yet.
Last evening, I received an Email from a erroneous site and I inquired as to their pricing for windows. they called this am and I stated not interested in inquiry in a price as I had a company coming.
Just now I receive a call from the "FISH" company, a woman with a admonishing tone, and stated the owner of the company had seen I clicked on a site and they were canceling my future dealings with them.
I stated, " so the last time I rememeber , we are living in a FREE country, FREE to get Quotes, Free to make changes. I guess FISH is like big Brother looking at our trends and movements, bailing out without staying the course and being competitive and letting the free market balance good business profet.

We are very satisfied with the finished results at a very good price! The crew was on time, very efficient and professional. The job was done on a long hot day. They cleaned most of the mess. When we asked to come fix some minor stuff and clean some nails left on the property; the owner came back the next day to fix it. We have no complaints and the roof looks great! This company even has a 5 years Workmanship Warranty! I would highly recommend this Company.
Thanks Tilmon and Crew for a job well done!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I am writing you this letter in response to the feedback you received, from my complaint about Fish Windows. Fish Windows signed an agreement with me to complete a window cleaning project at [redacted] in Buffalo, NY. They were hired by [redacted] on August 24, 2017.  Fish Windows asked for a deposit upon hire. So, I called MJ Friday August 27, 2017 at 9:00am to deliver the deposit. She told me the office was closing early due to a Labor Day celebration and to just get it them sometime after that. Then I ended up in the hospital shortly after so they received the late deposit for those reasons. The credit card still cleared for the deposit. On October 29, 2017, the Fish Window “crews” (2 people) arrived on the project. They arrived very late at 10:30am and left early by 1pm. The following days they never worked a full day and always showed up late and left early. The supervisors of [redacted] also observed this. Fish Windows complained that there was only one lift when they did the walk through, but when they did the walk through there were multiple lifts on the [redacted] Site. [redacted] Construction owned many lifts on site since the job project started over a year ago. They said they discovered the brick layers made the windows dirty after they cleaned them. They were hardly there to discover an issue like that and they never cleaned enough windows to believe that was an issue. The bottom line is that they walked off the job of a current customer that they have, [redacted]. I believe they walked off of the job because they were not experienced enough. Throughout the project, they hit the building with the boom machine and it was witnessed by several supervisors. [redacted] from [redacted] Construction had to come out several times and explain to them what to do and they never completed what they were told. Sincerely,   [redacted]

The Buffalo and Rochester offices are owned by the same owner. However, each location has their own business entity. So, therefore the complaint should have been issued with the Buffalo office. Please see below description of issues leading to this dispute. [redacted] was provided a proposal...

for the outside window cleaning of the upper floor solid window panes only. (top 3 floors) We were told of a date that we had to start due to the closing of the property. In the proposal it is stated that the deposit is due before starting of the project. It is also stated that [redacted] would provide the lift rental. We did not receive the deposit until after 4 days of starting the project. Also, the owner of [redacted] was never present for the project. She just so happened to have been "sick" during the time we were there.  When our crews arrived to start the project, there were multiple companies on the property and multiple lifts around the property. (which there was only 1 lift present during my walk through when providing the proposal) Our employees had to maneuver around all the lifts and other workers. Our crews begin to clean the exterior glass and on day 2 noticed that all of the windows they cleaned were covered in dust and dirt. We discovered that a brick laying company came back out after we cleaned to grind the mortar between the bricks and used a garden hose to rinse the dust, which dried on the glass we just cleaned. I contacted [redacted] regarding this issue and she asked for us to do the windows again. I explained that we would need additional funds to cover for our time. She then asked for me to contact the project manager of the building and ask for more money. Keep in mind that [redacted] was hired to clean the glass by the project management company and subbed the work to Fish. When I contacted the project manager about the issue he seemed very upset with [redacted]. He stated that he hired [redacted] to do the window cleaning, not Fish. If we need to redo the glass that [redacted] would need to come up with the additional funds, since they were paying her for the service. I contacted [redacted] again about this and she kept dancing around the issue saying that the builder would give us more money. (after they said no) I also mentioned the deposit of $600 that needed paid during this conversation and informed her that we will stop work if deposit not paid. I also informed her that she needed to contact the project manager for the additional funds for our crews to redo the windows a second time. The following day [redacted] then asked for us to clean some inside windows and I had to explain that we were only hired to clean the outside windows and informed her that we would not be able to clean the inside due to the time needed. I also mentioned the security deposit and she claimed that she would drop it off the next day. I sent our crew out for the 3rd day and more issues begin to arise, such as some regarding and landscape material such as plants and wall block being added that prevented the lift form reaching the windows. After that days of work I explained to [redacted] that we would not finish the project because she neglected to make the deposit. The following morning she made the $600 deposit (the only amount of money she ever paid to us). That morning we discussed the issue with not being able to reach some of the windows due to some of the landscape product that was installed. [redacted] was paying for the lift rental as she wanted to try to save money. When we told her we needed a larger lift due to the regarding and landscape material she then stated she wanted us to put it on our account and not to worry because she'll pay us. (which was very doubtful) I spoke with our lift rental company about the project and they expressed their concern and issues with [redacted] as well. I was also informed by a few of the contacts that [redacted] was "in over her head" with the project and that she may be getting fired from the project. On top of all of this, they were wanting to lay sod the following Monday and blacktop the following Tuesday and Wednesday, which would have prevented us from doing any additional work. After talking with the crews, and franchise owner, we informed [redacted] that we would not be continue the project due to all of the issues and concerns. Also we reminded her that she was late on her deposit. We informed her that we were not going to seek any more funds that the $600 security deposit would be kept to cover for the 34+ man hours spent on the project. Our crews completed about 70% of the windows we were hired to clean. [redacted] never paid us more than the $600.00 and we never tried to collect more. Also, there was never contract as she stated. This entire project was a disaster and she was never present to inform myself or our crews of any issue during the entire project. We believe that there is nothing else to be said or done for this customer. We also informed this customer that we will not do work with her in the future.  -Andrew Y., General Manager

This client request for a refund was in between our formal billing cycles, and to expedite her request  I gave my time to my billing assistant and simply requested that she email her the breakdown.  Normally, she would have been formally invoiced from our billing system, but we only invoice every two weeks and I did not want to delay her refund check for this purpose. I am attaching an itemized invoice. She can dispute the time spent in our initial meeting, but they do not match my recollection of that day. I sympathize with the client's frustration and share in it. Our fee agreement is very clear about the terms of the initial retainer, and I believe the firm has taken a more than reasonable position in this matter. Any initial offer was made simply to resolve the issue before it got to this point in the process. This complaint caused me to seek outside counsel on the issue to ensure full compliance with all ethical guidelines and after receiving that advice, I learned that the firm can reasonably retain an entire initial retainer for the conflict issues created for the five attorneys that work in this firm, regardless of the client's change of heart. Regardless of the client's dispute about the initial time spent at the first meeting, the bottom line is that this firm could have reasonably, in the eyes of the ethics position of the bar association, retained the entire initial deposit. Regardless of that, it has never been the intent of this firm to do so in this situation. I stand by the original amount of the refund, and understand the client's delay in response. If, and only if, it brings an immediate end to any dispute on this issue, I will stand by the original refund amount indicated on this invoice which I have tried twice to issue to this client only to have it returned. This offer, although the firm could retain a higher amount, is being made solely to fully resolve this issue. If this is the end of the matter, the client need only indicate the same and the check will be mailed to her immediately. Thank you.

I live in a condo. The picture window is impossible for me to clean since it is three stories high.
I hired Fish to clean the window. The window looks worse now then before I had it cleaned.
The workers were very friendly. I was shocked when they did not have a ladder or truck lift truck.
They climbed on top of my A/C unit and reached a long pole to clean the windows. They were not able to clean the spots off because of the angle.
I thought a professional window cleaner would have the proper equipment to CLEAN windows.
I now have horizontal lines on my windows due to the awkward way they cleaned the windows. The spots are still there.
If you advertise as a window cleaning company, you should have the equipment to clean windows.
They knew I lived in a condo building.
My windows look awful.

In addition, I would be more than happy to accept a refund that matches an itemized invoice that adds up mathematically. Had the original itemized invoice, see attached, reflected the stated cost per hour of the attorney and the actual time spent with the attorney, the refund would have been seen as acceptable. Given that nothing adds up and the time spent by the attorney has charged over time, the, "reasonable," refund continues to be questionable. This is an extremely frustrating situation, and yet an accurate, transparent, and mathematically correct itemization should be a very reasonable request. The Revdex.com has given a time frame until May 29th for this response. The demand by the business to accept their refund by Tuesday, May 26 at 5:00pm, a refund that does not add up even when they tried to itemize it, is not honoring the Revdex.com attempt to achieve reconciliation of this matter.

On May 7,2015 the Fish Window Cleaning office n [redacted]  received a complaint from [redacted].  She reported that the windows were not latched correctly during her window cleaning and as a result her cat fell out of the window.  We apologized about the cat’s fall and even...

though this is the heart of the window cleaning season, [redacted]. the owner of our company, personally returned to **. [redacted]’s home to ensured that all complaints were addressed and rectified.  We apologized for the delay in our return appointment. As with all of our customers we do  our best to is to provide quality services. **. [redacted] did not indicate that  we were not welcomed back in her home nor did she indicate she was not completely satisfied with  the work of our return visit.  It is unfortunate that she did not contact you and/or online sites such as Yelp to update them on the resolution of her complaint.

Client executed a fee agreement which allowed the firm to keep the entire retainer in large part, for any conflict of interest which was created by the representation as we are 5 attorney firm in Butler County which has it's biggest client base in domestic relations, and regardless of this client's...

choice to go through with her matter, my representation of this client causes permanent conflict for the firm. The contract simply states the firm will consider any reasonable refund request if services are not completed. The firm did that, issued a refund check of $2,175 (our check No. 50301) on 3/26/2015. This client disputes the time spent in the initial consultation and the time spent by the attorney after client called before business hours and left a voicemail in a general voicemail box to suspend services in her case at that time while she decided if she wanted to go forward. Client had the voicemail directory option to leave a voicemail for the attorney directly which she did not. In addition, client could have called during normal business hours and she chose not too  - she would have gotten a live person who could have brought the message to the attorney directly. Attorney had spent an hour reviewing the dropped off file on Monday before she received the message left before business hours in the general voicemail box, and attorney expects to be compensated for the same. Client chose to return the refund check issued to her disputing this time and did not cash the check.Furthermore, after consultation with the appropriate ethics authorities, it is has been determined that this firm can retain the full retainer, a in exchange for the conflict issue given this attorney's experience and reputation in the area of family law. Despite that, attorney has offered to refund more than that. The check originally cut will be available on Tuesday and will be expired by 90 days on Tuesday, the 26th. Because of the client's unreasonable position, and failure to cash the check issued months ago to her, the administrative time and expense will now be required to cut an additional refund check and has been spent dealing with this  complaint. Client was billed for time charged pursuant to the fee agreement and there was a deduction considered for 30 minutes of the initial consultation. Client has until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday to agree to the refund amount of $2175 which this firm attempted to issue twice to her and she returned twice. After that, a refund amount of $1500.00 will be the position of the firm. The executed contract is attached.Thank you,[redacted]

They fixed my roof in a very timely manner.
They came over and check on my roof after I called them because we had another wind storm. I am very happy and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
