I have a xc100 reel and I am looking for a part that broke .its the part the flipper you flip over to cast it holds the end of flipper I like to get the part ty thomas purcell [email protected]

The company falsely advertised and sold damaged and defective items. The company finally issued partial refund but after I mentioned Revdex.com.I placed two separate orders of various fishing items on 05/15/2014, order #[redacted] for the amount of $91.45 and order #[redacted] for $90.95.The first order consisted of 3 fishing rod/reel combos and 8 boxes of fishing line. The combos were dusty, scratched, scraped, and had many chips and dinks. And the 8 boxes of fishing line, two came empty. And the ones that came, they were all yellowed and calked with white powder. Clearly not in the condition the company had advertised nor the right amount of fishing line.The second order was 2 rod/reel fishing combos and 3 fishing rods. The combos were the same condition as others and one even in worst condition. But the worst was the two rods out of the three that came with crushed female inserts (they're 2 piece rod - it's the part where they come together).I immediately email the company regarding these damaged/defective items and "[redacted]" from the company responded with option of partial refund or return everything for full return.I asked for full refund or return shipping label but "[redacted]" didn't respond for two days. I sent another email stating that I'll be filing a complaint with Revdex.com and finally "[redacted]" responded that return label is being "researched".Another set of emails and finally received refund for the order#[redacted].Another set of emails and received partial refund of $22.48And finally, this is what the company had to say,"I think it's best if you... pass us up next time.... I'm can't take your continued derogatory attitude."The company clearly has no qualms in deceiving consumers. To add insult to injury, they have no remorse of their wrong doing even after "[redacted]" admitted "we failed".Desired SettlementApology from the owner and "[redacted]".Business Response On Tuesday, May 20th at 7:09 PM [redacted] sent an email regarding damaged and/or missing items in order #[redacted]. A reply was immediate sent by me, the owner, [redacted] that stated "Our goal is your satisfaction. We have a few options I can suggest. One is that you can keep the items & we will offer partial credit or you can return them for a full refund.". The following day [redacted] sent an email stating he wanted a full refund and a return label. The message was sent to the shipping department to send a return label. On Thursday, [redacted] sent a more threatening email that he can't believe it is taking so long and that he demands the refund and return label or he will go to the Revdex.com. At that point [redacted] was issued a credit for the full amount of order #[redacted] prior to use receiving the items back. [redacted] responded that it wasn't enough. He wanted credit for damaged line on a second order as well. We issued him full credit for the line. [redacted] then sent another email asking for the entire amount of the second order refunded as well. We sent him a pre-paid return label and let him know he would get the full refund upon receipt of our product back. Hopefully the Revdex.com will do what is needed to help us get our products back and help resolve this unfortunate situation. We have been in business selling tackle exclusively online since 1997 and in the past year have shipped over 10,000 orders to over 7,000 customers so if we had such bad service, I'm certain you would have heard about it by now. We stand by our products 100% and will always do what we can to remedy any problems. I'm guessing that the Revdex.com is already familiar with [redacted] as I would bet he has a rather long list of complaints as is evidenced by his slandering comments on multiple website forums. Lastly, there is nobody that works for or has worked for FishAndSave named [redacted]. I am not sure who he is referring to as all communication was with [redacted] was through myself, [redacted], owner. Thank you,[redacted]OwnerConsumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The following are the facts - and the emails sent by **. [redacted] will confirm them.**. [redacted] did not keep his promise of "We are issuing a full refund" and "100% Customer Satisfaction" as he have stated in his email and website. Instead, he sent damaged, dirty, and missing products - and 2 partial refunds with insults.[redacted] claims that I asked for a full refund and a return label but that's not true. I asked for a full refund or return label.[redacted] claims that he sent the return label on May 23, but in fact, he sent it on May 29. 9 days after I asked for refund or return label - and 6 days after I filed this complaint.[redacted] claims that he replied in timely fashion but he did not. You can confirm all these facts with the following summery and email attachments.These are the facts organized in chronological order.On May 20th I emailed him asking, "Full credit... or attach return shipping label." And after 2 days of waiting and not getting an answer, I sent another email.On the 23rd of May [redacted] replied, "From the pictures I agree & would be upset too... You've been a great customer for sometime. Upon receipt of this order we will issue full credit to your card & I would like to issue you some store credit for the inconvenience." And [redacted] did neither - he did not issue a return shipping label nor store credit.And later, [redacted] changed his mind and sent another email stating, "Please keep the product in question. We are issuing a full refund!! How about that service...."I was pleased to hear until I saw that he had issued only a fraction and not a full refund. There was still a charge of $91.45 (Order#[redacted]). And still, he did not send a return shipping label.I sent him another email reminding him that he had only issued partial refund and he replied, "Friday morning I GIVE you the order in question & GIVE you a FULL refund. I forgot about the 22.48... Here is the confirmation of that refund." And once again, he issued partial refund leaving $68.97 still charged on my credit card. And still he did not issue a return shipping label.When I asked about the remaining amount, [redacted] replied, "I have warehouse FULL of fishing tackle, paid for and insured. After 20 years I will always make it right for my customers... You are no longer one... I think since NOTHING makes you happy it's time I will send a return label or charge you for your order. Let me know what you want to do bitter angry man." And after insulting me, still he didn't send a return shipping label.So, after filing this complaint I asked for the fourth and final time to keep his word for full refund. But instead [redacted] replied, "We were board members of our local Revdex.com, but it was a complete waste of time. We will send a call tag for the return of the items you had a problem with!!" And still, he did not issue a return shipping label.[redacted] admitted, "We did FAIL" to accurately describe our products, inspect them prior shipping, and properly pack."He admitted again, "Our company has been successful for almost 20 years & we do screw up."And even after admitting his failures and false promise of, "We are issuing a full refund!! How about that service...." He did not do that.[redacted] has insulted, misquoted, and misguided me and others in thinking that I'm "bitter angry man" that cannot be satisfied but that's not the case. I said it from the beginning and will say again, only full refund will do as promised by [redacted]. And I won't rest until it's done.Lastly, I have not come across a company that has bluntly have lied and insulted me that warranted a complaint with Revdex.com. I can only hope that he'll be my first and last.PS. I've forwarded the emails because this form would not fit all of them. If you'd like a printout, I'll gladly mail them to you. Just let me know.Thanks.Final Business Response [redacted] has slandered us on numerous blogs! [redacted] has called me a racist!!I issued a full refund on the order in question. He then complained about an isolated problem on his previous order (line), which I issued credit. Now he's stating he wants full credit for the entire previous order (including expensive rod/reel combo's)...I say no problem, just return it!Now he is saying he wants full credit on the entire previous order or he will not return anything. I'm saying this is extortion!! My question is how will the Revdex.com protect business from fraudulent customer?Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)[redacted] lied to me, insulted me, and lied again to Revdex.com.He has no remorse of his wrong doings and he's trying to avoid responsibility by lying again.If Revdex.com let's this kind of fraudulent business practices go unpunished, there probably will be many consumers that will suffer - and get the same mistreatments and insults that I got.I hope Revdex.com will do what's right.
